IpackuReviews of ipacku.com

We were down to the wire, we wanted a beautiful box for our 75th anniversary to hold our favors. I had the privilege of working with Jimmy who helped me find something that would work in my budget and on my time line. They turned out beautifully, the quality and color was just as promised and they arrived on time! I would definitely recommend them!

Ipacku is good company to work with. They promptly resolve all specification and technical issues with original orders, keep the customers updated on the schedule and the work progress, and deliver what was promised. The quality of the workmanship is superb. All this brings up two strong emotions in me: I am very happy to receive good and reasonable priced product. And I am very angry that our USA leaders in their greed and total mental stupidity allowed the USA industry to go down and moved all production overseas! This is a suicidal policy in the long run.

Harry was so amazing and attentive during the ordering and shipping process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for packaging or any related products. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We needed stickers and custom boxes for a project and IPACKU was the perfect partner! We worked with George to coordinate the order, and it was SO EASY and fast. We have worked with IPACKU multiple times and will continue to go back to them! George is the best!

We had custom cigarette boxes made for an event that our company was attending. The design and approval process was seamless and we were able to complete the project on very tight timelines. We worked with George in particular, and he was extremely helpful and a key part of our success. He responded in a very timely manner and ensured that our project would be completed on time and successful. Highly recommend!

Avoid Harry at ipaku.com in Sacramento if you are a small business. I reached out on August 31, for a quote on 5 different custom 2-inch tuck-bottom mini boxes. Despite providing ready-to-print artwork, exact measurements, mock-ups, and a video detailing our five styles, the service was terrible. During our first call, Harry was totally distracted. Two days later, he asked me to re-explain the entire project because he had been off work and hadn't reviewed his notes. I sent everything over a second time, and now he has completely ghosted us. We moved our business to a supplier who cares and purchased our 500 boxes elsewhere during the time we waited to hear back from Harry. We are not a big company like Twitch or Google, and I think that’s why Harry and ipaku.com don’t support small local vendors.

I had the pleasure of working with Harry on a project, and although we ultimately had to pivot, I felt compelled to leave a review based on my professional experience with him. Harry was prompt, thoughtful, and highly accommodating, taking the time to understand and incorporate all the nuances necessary to bring the project to life. I’ll certainly keep iPackU in mind for future projects, and I especially hope to have the opportunity to work with Harry again.

I worked with IPACKU on a custom packaging project and could not be happier with how it turned out. From the first conversation, their communication was excellent. They kept me in the loop at every step and answered every question quickly. What really set them apart was their in-house design team. I did not have to bring my own artwork or hire someone separately. I told them what I was after and they brought it to life exactly how I pictured it. Whatever I asked for, they found a way to make it happen. Their follow-up was just as professional as the rest of the process. They checked in, made sure everything was right, and stood behind their work. If you need custom packaging and want a team that actually listens and delivers, IPACKU is the one to call. Highly recommend. If you want a shorter version for Trustpilot's tighter format: Great experience with IPACKU. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and their in-house design team nailed exactly what I wanted without me having to bring my own artwork. Whatever I asked for, they made it happen. Follow-up was professional and thorough. If you need custom packaging done right, highly recommend them.
