Great experience!
the process went very smoothly. I was called ahead of time when they thought there may be an issue. but it all worked out and I got my COA on time. I later had some concerns over what was and wasn't showing on my COA. the lab technician called me back within 12 hours and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand the breakdown of the COA.

Great turnaround & exceptional service!
I sent in a sample for a COA and they provided prompt service and answered any questions. I truly felt I received the white glove service with this company!
