Product is well built, of quality material. Glass bottles to avoid those nasty chem leaks. The only bad thing is that it ships from china, and it might take a while to arrive.

This is a nice, well made bottle that works great. I can't say that I feel any effects from drinking the water but I plan to continue. I have only had it for about a week.

Hey Bonnie, Thank you so much for your open and honest review. We understand that unfortunately about 1/100 of our orders the we ship may be mishandled by the delivery curriers. But I'm so glad we have a wonderful policy in place to make sure our customers like you are taken care of and issued a replacement quickly! Enjoy your IonBottle, and welcome to the ionBottles Nation. -Nicole P.
