We’ve purchase two bottles. The first - ordered and received in 2023 I’d rate 4 stars - good quality and has held up. This second bottle - ordered and received in the first part of 2024 is AWFUL. The material quality is CHEAP. The bottle doesn’t give the red indicating light when battery is low-just stops working. “Chrome” paint started flaking off the first day. Did not ship with water or plug like our first one did and the instructions indicate. Should have saved my money and just ordered off Amazon. Same quality and less than half the price.

It took 6 weeks to finally receive the product, the entire experience was a nightmare. It took almost a dozen emails over two weeks to get a response from the company just to find out my order was never processed. I reordered it and received an email confirming the order but never received any shipping information, after several more emails with no response the bottle finally showed up. I have been using the product for a couple weeks now and have noticed it leaks at times. In terms of quality I would compare it to the cheaper $20 Chinese one I purchased initially. I can't comment on the effects of the hydrogen water because I haven't noticed any yet. Overall I would recommend spending the extra money and just deal with a reputable business. This was an awful purchasing experience and I'm not all that impressed with the product.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took me attempting to contact the company 5 times over a two week period to resolve an issue.

My order number 1766 has yet to be delivered. I have no tracking number. I have sent multiple emails to your support team with no luck. Feel free to reach out with any solutions. Derek H

The first time I pulled the product out of the package and tried to use it. It leaked and I took it apart per your guises instructions put it back together, and it still leaks, so I was not able to use your product and I threw it away. I was really bummed out about it because I believed in your product, but was never able to use it.

Bottle arrived cracked. I cannot get a response via email and their phone is always busy.

It took 38 days to arrive which took any joy out of the purchase.

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service but they do not provide a phone number to call only an email - which you do not get a response back and a SMS/text number which they also do not respond to. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has reached out to assist me with my return. I will never purchase from this company again and am cancelling my payment.
