I did receive them and using them . One question when I clean one of the bottles the plastic ring that goes in the base with the glass came off . Are they supposed to come off the glass bottle? Wasn’t sure if it would leak in base

That is needed, please keep it when you clean the bottle and place it back inside the base flat, then screw on the glass firmly. So far, some observations; 1. The energy level for both, my wife and I, seem a bit higher 2. My wife noticed that my eye bags seem less pronounced 3. Some improvements on muscle recovery after workout

Very good quality product. It works well and is easy to use. You can recharge it in your computer or phone. The bottle is not that big though, so if you're more than one person, you would need one bottle per person or the bigger unit. Very satisfied and would recommend it anytime.

I ordered an IonBottle over a month ago, hoping to give it to a friend for her birthday. Unfortunately, the bottle has not arrived. It is on its way, but from China--and it will be another two-three weeks before it is supposed to arrive. That said, customer service in general is great, with prompt responses to emails. I have also enjoyed the product itself and keep buying more for friends.

Bottle works very well & very fast. My only negative comment is, even though I use filtered water, the resulting product has a slightly "off-putting" odor & flavor.
