I love the product but even more the customer service! Real people who care and appreciate your business!

Not only is the bottle awesome and a noticeable difference in my daily regimen, but the company is awesome as well! Had a bottle break and simply told the customer service people they I had and bought a new one and only wished they made a cover . They refunded my purchase and gave me the new bottle free! Integrity & backbone are still alive in America’s small businesses !!

We've tried several other companies and the quality is not even close to Ion Bottles! We ordered 3 and one bottle had a chipped glass area on the lip area and Ion Bottles replaced it immediately and have been a pleasure to work with. I love that they are located in the USA too, Oregon to be specific!

I ordered two bottles one for me and one for my girlfriend. When she opened hers, the start button didn’t work, after ion asked for a video of The problem, they immediately shipped me another one. My bottle works great and produces much hydrogen. My girlfriend can’t wait to receive hers. Thanks for the friendly and speedy service and resolving this!

GREAT PRODUCT

Staff was more than helpful with replacing my bottle. They kept apologizing for something that was not even within their control. No questions asked they processed the replacement bottle and shipped it as fast as possible. They went above and beyond and made the experience extremely easy for me. Very happy with this company.
