Well I honestly can't say I like or dislike the product. Ive been using it dailey for about 2 months give or take. To me it just seems like a fancy bottle that makes bubbles with a blue light inside of it. I dont feel any different at all. I dont feel any more or less hydrated than before. The only issue I have had was the charge port was off center but with a little cutting around the rubber seal I was able to properly hook in the charger. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to put something in it too? How does little bubbles in the water do any good for me? I don't know, I kinda feel like it's snake oil but I gave it a shot.

Original shipping took much monger than expected (ordered 12/16, 1/11) received and I received the incorrect items. I contacted customer service and they sent out the correct items but their shipping again took a long time (replacement confirmed 1/24 and no follow up information or shipment confirmation received until 2/5) and it seemed like they didn't start the shipping process until a couple weeks later when I emailed them again because it seemed like it was taking too long. I was only ordering a replacement charging cable and o-ring seals.

I bought two bottles and somehow they both stopped working at the same time. Only about 3 months old. I'm not looking forward to the inevitable brain damage of returning and replacing them.

I was happy with it at first, but very quickly the bottle started to malfunction. It started leaking and the charging port started rusting and eventually wouldn't charge at all anymore. This all took place over a month.

I ordered $300 in IonBottles on December 8th...for Christmas gifts. Items didn't arrive until mid-January. I sent the company email inquiring about the delay. I was sad to get a stock email back, with very little thought put into it. They basically said that they use a third party shipping company and have no control. However, if I had been the customer service representative for IonBottles... I would have included why the bottles took 20 days to leave your warehouse. I would have included why the customer (me) wasn't notified via email that the items would not arrive before Christmas - seems like common courtesy. I would have also included why you use a third party shipping system when you aren't able to take accountability for your third party partners. A 1-2 week shipping time in 2024 seems a little extreme. Every company faces challenges, especially at holiday times. But, answering these questions would have been an opportunity to build brand loyalty to an otherwise unhappy client. I gave IOUs for Christmas and everyone was happy to get late Christmas gifts in 2024. In the grand-scheme of things, it's all ok. **update I now see a warning message on the website that items will take 1-2 weeks to ship.

The pro ion bottle was a great idea and worked for the first few times, then started charging funny. The red blinking light would stay on like it wouldn't get fully charged. You are unable to reach anyone in customer service via phone. Only email and they take forever to get back to you. It's really aggravating considering the amount of money that was paid for this bottle. You need better communication, and customer service.

After a few uses, both bottles we received started to smell very odd. We followed all the cleaning recommendations. Nothing worked. They ended up in the trash. Lesson learned.

Well unfortunately there are some design flaws. The lid does not securely stay on the bottle. If you tighten it it will completely pop off. The plastic just slips off the glass. Because of this I dropped it and it stopped working so I only got about a months worth of use. Ive been meaning to contact the company to see if they would replace it but been busy and got put to the side. Could be a good product I think if they do some redesigning.
