This has been the fastest and best customer service i have received in a long time. I had an issue and IonBottles went above and beyond to resolve my issue. This has created huge confidence in this brand for me.

I purchased both the Original and the Pro to have one at home and work. I prefer the self clean function of the Pro but both are great. The instructions that come with the Original are actually meant for the Pro but I didn’t know that at the time. I emailed the company and got a quick and courteous response with an apology for the confusion. My bottles both work great and hold a charge all week. Ionbottles are great to work with and are super helpful when you have questions. I haven’t identified any benefits but trust the science.
