I would give it minus 5 if I could. My experience with this company was anything but good. My issues were: -Product shipped directly from china ( made in China) -Shipped in only a thin unpadded envelope -poor quality product - damaged item (scratches/ scuffs inside the lid, scratch in glass above the etching, dent in base) -the need to reach out to them about an attempted return delivery that would have send the item back to me -had to pay for return shipping -only received partial refund due to a restocking fee I have been in customer service for 25 years ad this is not how you succeed as a small company. Do yourself a favor and explore other options. It is by far not worth it.

Ordered a bottle which claimed it would have the pem technology, what I recieved was one with straight electrolysis, it could turn perfectly good bottled spring water into a chlorinated ozone smelling fluid, after contacted them they promised to get me right bottle as advertised and it was a mistake that they sent wrong one, been waiting now over 3 weeks, I wonder why they're even selling the straight electrolysis ones in the first place, I suppose hoping consumers won't figure it out, im about ready to demand a refund.

First of all it took 24 days to get my Pitcher They have to improve there shipping. The ionbottle was much faster.. The water in these bottles are heathy and like the products. Robert in Illinois

Paid over $50 for this, and they claim it was shipped but I never got it Have followed up numerous occasions, and at first they said they would send one, but then I heard nothing from them. Don't waste your money!!

Every time I drink this water my face turns bright red and feels like it is on fire. I thought I had pushed the button too many times, so I tried it again and was very careful to only push the button once - same result. My eye bags swell up and it takes several days for the swelling to go away.

My bottle never made the first bubble. I used it for 100% of my drinking water for 2 weeks and feel like the emperors new clothes. In other words it appears 100% hype. I dont believe the bottle ever made any hydrogen what-so-ever. I’m not the type to go to the hassle of returns, so I feel 100% ripped off. I received my iONBottle last week and have tested it using filtered tap water. I use a Zero Water filter system. The Ion Bottle shows little to no activity after filtration. It does show activity on the chemically-laden raw tap water. So what is it reacting with? The bottle does not meet my expectations and after 3 attempts to contact you, I have heard nothing back. Tis a scam. I mean who would or should know what is going on? The manufacturer and sellers, that is who.

When I ordered this, I didn't know it was coming from China. So from time I placed the order till I received it was 14 days. Packaging was very good. The directions are not very clear. I filled the 2 liter pitcher with water and almost immediately it started leaking from the bottom. You aren't able to have phone conversation if there are problems, only email. I sent an email explaining what happened along with a video of it leaking. I received a reply a couple hours later saying that I need to check the seal. I replied back right away, telling there are no seals to check. I also said I wanted a refund. The next day I get an email telling me a new replacement is being sent. I emailed back I didn't ask for a replacement, only my money refunded. I got the last email telling me that I had to wait till I get the replacement, they will give me a return label, and then I will get my refund. Pretty shady business practices.
