I placed an order on November 26, 2023, for a water pitcher, plus warranty; a standard bottle; protective sleeve for the bottle. The total cost was $276.93, charged to my Mastercard credit card. Ion Bottles website, does not give customers information of where their products are shipped from; nor is there any way for customers to find access to where their products are shipped from. I have sent numerous emails inquiring where my products were; and for shipping information. Every response I have received from every representative has been evasive. Meaning, I received advertisements daily to purchase more product in my email inbox; when I have not received my original order. I finally received a response two days ago; that included a tracking number. When I clicked the button for the tracking status; it stated my shipment was en route, in Central CHINA! Only until then, I learned that Ion Bottles products come from CHINA. I am in the middle of a dispute with my credit card institution, refuting the charges. The dispute was originally requested by me, due to 4 email inquiries from me to Ion Bottles. In every response by representatives of Ion Bottles, to all 4 emails I sent; for example the representative's respone was, "I have good taste." On that email there was no tracking number information, nor a date I could expect to receive my order. The rest of the responses have been the same kind of evasive responses. The only exception, was the email sent 2 days ago (which was sent after I filed my dispute with my credit card institution). That email from 2 days ago gave me, a tracking number, for the first time. The tracking number reported my order was in China, with no information of my order's being shipped to any other location; nor an approximate date it will arrive within the U.S. I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. I bought the Ion water pitcher, it took over a month to get. No big deal. It lasted only two months. No big deal. Figured just a fluke, things happen. I sent it in for a replacement. I had to pay $35 to send it back to Ion. When asked if o would be reimbursed, I was told no but “great news” we won’t charge you to ship the replacement. The customer should not have to pay to send a malfunctioning product that was purchased through your company. Remind you, it only lasted two months. It’s an embarrassment to your company

Has anyone actually bought and received their order? It's been over a week since I have and it's not shipped and no one is responding. Red flag!

My 1st bottle broke about 2 months after I got it. Getting a replacement was difficult and a nightmare. The replacement broke about a month after I got it, and I just threw it away. Getting a reacement isn't worth the hassle. The construction obviously isn't good, and I couldn't tell any difference from drinking ionized water. I wish I had never spent the money.

The bottom of the bottle leaks..no matter how many times I take it off and put it back on. Not worth the cost. Disappointed

Awful, items never arrived, after more than 2 months, and their customer support is just ignoring my messages. They only answered once, stating that, as I live in a remote part of Spain, it is normal to wait so much. I live in Mallorca, and Mallorca airport is the third in Spain for traffic….

2nd Update: January 9th, 2024. Thank goodness I used PayPal, I was able to turn them in, after their investigation, they awarded all of my money back. After running some tests on the machine, it is in fact a fake, does not perform the way the company claims. They tried to keep some of my money with bogus claims but once again.. because I used PayPal, they were able to see what this company did.. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are now trying to flag me as a fake reviewer for a second time, but I already supplied them and Trustpilot with my customer order number and I've submitted multiple photos of my order process and refund to Trustpilot. Trustpilot, please stop harassing the victims by asking for info that was already provided and go after the scumbag company ION Bottles instead. Thank You. (Please keep in mind, almost all of these companies are the same. You'll need to research heavily for the real deal.) (First Review): I've reached out several times to this company, by social media, they're chat options, their fake SMS number and through email. They deleted my first comment on Instagram,when asking for help, now I just discovered they blocked me on Instagram when I stated the issues I was having and letting others know what I've experienced. I found out I was blocked and censored because I used a "keyword" (China), apparently telling people facts like Ionbottles are shipped from China goes against policy standards.. so the truth is wrong to share... real American! This company is nothing but a scam, there bottles ARE shipped from China, they think they're slick by saying an "An American Company" persuading you to believe they're made here, but in reality they're not. I knew something was up right after I ordered, I started receiving shipping notifications all in Chinese, I started reaching out then and was of course ignored. They chose the wrong one to steal money from. Do they seriously think they will continue to get away with this? If anyone is on board with stopping them let me know. All it takes is a group and we'll get it handled. I spent almost $300 on a pitcher and a smaller bottle, both are junk within a week of use. Meanwhile, they're laughing all the way to the bank. What a nice arrogant reply, you smug, unethical coward. I have all the proof you blocked me, if you think for one second you can pull any stunts with me, you've got the wrong person. And you don't exactly have all the correct details. Why don't you check all your missed emails that I've sent and do your job properly by responding to those instead of getting made a fool of on here. I ordered directly from the company on 07/29 with priority shipping, which according to the Postal Service is 1 - 3 days. A shipping label was created on 8/01 and as of today, 08/06, the package has NOT reached USPS. I contacted the company twice. On 08/02 I was told the package was about to leave the warehouse and I should allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. On 08/04 I was told the package was on its way to the USPS hub. I could have ordered this from Amazon Prime and had it delivered next day.
