I'm in love with my new ring, it's stunning 😍. Great quality & real gold. Amazing customer service, very quick to respond as well. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I was just as happy with my wedding ring set, from IOKA. After our year of separation. I'm looking forward to him putting my new set on. I love my set as much as the originals if not more now.

I ordered several different pieces as birthday and Christmas gifts, not knowing what to expect for quality. The items were all worth the cost. I did return a few things as they were no longer needed. The return process was easy

Ordered off Amazon, Italian Gold Horn with 22 inch necklace, it is ok, pretty cheap looking to be honest and I did not receive a "certificate of authentication" which should come with anything claiming to be 14K solid gold, question to the company is your product gold plated or truly solid gold, in what country is the gold from? I will be taking it to a jewelry store to verify :)

Love it so much!

I ordered a scorpion charm and chain for my husband's birthday. I saw the charm on another website, but the chain was separate. It was difficult trying to match up a chain and charm because even though they both were gold, they looked to be two different colors. When I stumbled upon IOKA, I saw that they sold the same charm with a choice of several different styles of chain as a set. It looks even better in person and my husband loves it. It was shipped quickly and it arrived I'm a timely manner.

They fix the ring. It's A1. Thanks 👍🏾

Being a senior and navigating around the web is very difficult for me but Shiro made this experience effortless Shiro went waaaay beyond what I would expect from a customer service rep cudos to him. I was very satisfied with my purchase with the economy being what it is I believe my purchase was in line with what is available in the jewelry industry. Thank you again Shiro
