This has been exactly what I needed for my small business. The free version is long term sustainable (with proper organization) for a small business. I've been using this site for 2yrs now with absolutely no complaints. I'm DEFINITELY happy I found this vs paying for some overkill, overpriced invoicing service that's loaded up with features I'll never use.

Needed to make an invoice for our small craft business. The interface was simple, easy to use, there were no intrusive ads, no annoying "oh, you want to actually *use* this? Pay now!" gotcha. We got our invoice made and can use it. I haven't used any of the paid features yet, but I will be exploring that in the future, if we ever need to make any more invoices!
