Invoice-Generator.comReviews of invoice-generator.com

Ebery time im halve done , it disappears and i have to start over. And its hard to get it to work to do a new invoice

I strongly advise against using this service. I had a paid subscription and later enabled their payment processing. With the very first payment, I received a notification that the payment had been received, but the funds were never transferred to me. I emailed support and received no response. I called customer support and only reached an automated system. It has now been four days, and I have received no callback, no email response, and no money. At this point, the situation is extremely concerning and feels very suspicious. Please return my $470 immediately. Once this issue is fully resolved and my money is returned, I will update my review accordingly.

It’s getting more and more rubbish—changing the language doesn't even switch it over completely! More changes mean more problems using this thing.

The invoice creation is great and helpful. I have been trying to cancel subscription for over 6 months & it is impossible to find a place to cancel it OR email them for assistance. I only needed the service for 1 yr! Was charged for yr 2 in March & have been trying to find a way to cancel. So user beware. I used it for 2 invoices total before job shifted. So yeah, I will definitely NOT be referring website to others.

The price is not small business friendly. Went from 19.00 to 110.00

This used to be the best free invoice generator for people who just need a casual invoice sometimes. I've used it over a number of years. Now it is garbage! The whole setup has changed. Full of pop ups. Nothing is useable, details aren't saved like before. Very disappointed. It is now just a junk site.

This Website was awesome for creating invoices and storing them online. I use it for business and have done so for several years. I used it most recently in September/October. I go to print out a new invoice today and there are 5 to 6 pop up ads all over the page and on the interface so that when I type in my business information into the interface, there's an invisible ad underneath the cursor. It's so distracting and has made this service useless. I am going to get my last invoice printed and then remove all of my content from this site. I guess the owners are trying to intentionally sabotage the site and service, because only a buffoon would paste ads over the interface and make the site useless. FYI, all of the ad blockers and pop up blockers are turned on on my end. So, the issue isn't me. NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE. To whomever has decided to make these changes, please resign and quit. You've destroyed a perfectly good service.

I have been using this FREE invoice site for almost 3 years now since I started my business. When I started the business I just needed something quick and simple as I didn't have time to make one myself through Microsoft Office or be bothered with a subscription through QuickBooks or Sage. All was great until the intrusive Google ads appeared about a month ago that wrap the entire page. Now the page constantly hangs or freezes and I have to either attempt a refresh of the page or close the browser all together to get it working again. My AdBlockers don't block Google Ads apparently and I have also signed in hoping that if I logged into their website that the ads would stop. This was not true. So I understand that this site is free. I am not lost on this notion however it no longer functions for its purpose and now I got to find something else to replace this website. I am disappointed in the direction the owners have taken to gain revenue. A side note. I don't know anyone who is drawn to Google Ads. When I see a page with Google Ads I immediately view it as a low quality website that is probably filled with redirects and links to viruses and spyware. So please stop.
