Brooklyn has always been the attended customer service person whom I usually deal with and she is on Diamond Level with me. She follows-up, leaves notes for other operators if she cannot handle personnel. I really feel like a family member, not just a customer. Brooklyn should be your trainer...

Excellent as always
Excellent as always. There was a little delay in the shipment but I spoke to customer service and they immediately took cate of it.

Last time I ordered they had a recall…
Last time I ordered they had a recall on the mix only I didn’t get the notice tell after I had already discarded.last week I decided to give invigor another shot and this was the weakest Trimix vial I have ever had. Plus no one time me that it wasn’t going to be mixed. Honestly looking into going through another company. I’m extremely disappointed!

They are taking too to process my…
They are taking too long to process my prescription and still waiting on my medication 😡

Hi Pam, We apologize for the wait time. Our services can take up to one to two weeks to be received depending upon the service and the pharmacy turnaround time. Your order was received after hours on a Friday (7/22), processed with payment collected and script sent to our partner pharmacy on Monday (7/25), and now the pharmacy is in the process of preparing and shipping your service. The label for your package was created today and you should be provided a tracking number soon. I requested the super "Quad" mix for ED, instead, I received " tri mix"! I don't know why they send me the wrong medication! This is serious!
Twice I have attempted to re order my " super quad mix" for ED! It contains the four ingredients for my ED, and twice I've received the tri mix! Wrong medication! This could be serious at some point!
