Over all it was a good
Over all it was a good, pretty easy and satisfactory experiance. The only draw back i have is i thought i was to have had a medical review and as of yet no one has called me. Unless it is only the paperwork that is reviewed. I am unclear on this. Thank You Bob Kozaczuk

The customer follow up immediately…
The customer follow up immediately following intake process was great, friendly and thorough. Then. there was someone right before the doctor available to respond to my questions and my treatment plan was in play just under a week later. Thank you

Everything seems fine
Everything seems fine. I just thought it was weird that the person I spoke with on the phone said that the medicine couldn’t be delivered until I spoke with the doctor and to make sure to answer the phone when I was called. The doctor never called and the item was shipped.

We apologize for the confusion. A provider reviewed your Medical Health Form and found no contraindications for the requested service. You should've received a message from the provider that your service request had been approved. We can do a better job with providing accurate information. We hope to work with you again in the future.

Hello Kelby, Thank you for your feedback. It looks like there have been a couple of delays with your enrollment. One of which is related to our first-time subscriber policy for the service you purchased. We had been trying to contact you since 9/26/2022 and received a call back on 10/3/2022 from you. The prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy as of yesterday, when we received your approval to move forward with billing for the service. We apologize for the delay. It does look as though you paid for the expedited service with your order, so we will be in contact with you shortly to speak with you about that. Please answer our call or return our call should we need to leave a message. Your medication should ship as soon as possible from the pharmacy, but they are experiencing delays due to the weather issues experienced along the Gulf coast.

Prompt delivery, product as described
There is a good description of the products they sell and they have a simple purchasing page, very straightforward. Delivery is within a week of purchase and the product is as described. It's been a great purchasing experience so far.
