Good service and prompt and…
Good service and prompt and professional taking care of customers concerning new age telemedicine. Products by prescription working more efficiently than online and OTC (over the counter) purchases via a qualified medical doctor and assistant. Medication should arrive on time.

Poor Service & Follow up Order was placed and was contacted and…
Order was placed and was contacted and then told would be sent to a Dr for approval and never heard again. Texted contact and no response - I cancelled order

Unfortunately, it looks as though you placed an order with Olympia pharmacy on 10/21/2022 per the practitioner note on your enrollment, so she asked that the order was cancelled on 10/26/2022 per the practitioner informing us that you had received services through Olympia pharmacy. We attempted to contact you on 10/24/2022 and 10/26/2022 to verify whether you wished to continue with your order. We will have a Treatment Specialist attempt to reach out to you again. Because this was your first time ordering you received a standard formulation, but it sounds like you may need a stronger formulation which we can offer. Someone from our office will be contacting you to explain the process of getting you on the correct formulation as not everyone is the same and some men will need an adjustment in formulation.
