Advertised (and confirmed via email) that: from order to delivery would be 7-14 days. FALSE I would be contacted by DOCTOR within 3 days. FALSE It was longer than 3 days and it wasn’t a doctor. They didn’t even identify themselves as either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician’s Assistant. In a chat with Camille, I asked when I could expect delivery, she could not tell me. She kept sending me canned responses. I asked if my order could be expedited and was told no. Bottom line, poor communication and did not notify that they were running behind due to a higher than expected volume of orders. Excuses given: * higher than expected volume * changed providers * area hit by hurricane Notifying customers of the issues before they are reaching out to ask about the delay would have allayed concerns. I was told that I would receive an email from the pharmacy when it shipped. FALSE. I did receive the pkg today, but received no notification. Since this medication required refrigeration, and the temperatures have been really high, the medication could have gone bad had I not been home to bring it inside. Also, I received a 3 month supply (as ordered), but did NOT receive enough disposable syringes. I hope that the one vial of medication that I received will be enough.
