Terrible canceling policies
Terrible canceling Conveniently. Their chat closes seconds after they read my message to cancel. I have written, emailed, direct messaged, text messaged, and called. They keep charging me over $1200 a month for medications they don't always send. I'm fed up! Over $6000 now and I have a few medications I don't even take and they continue to fill and charge me for prescriptions I don't want and they never send in completion anyway.

I've ordered many times
I've ordered many times. Brittany is my go to representative. She is always efficient,curtious and helpful. Invigor medical has earned my repeat business. I would like to say it would be nice to have a tracking system once it's sent to pharmacy and mailed.

I’ve gotten no medicine and not even a tracking number I also have a really hard time with website on my iPhone as it only wants to work on a PC

The expectation is that they expedite an order and keep a guy informed. That is not happening.
