Still have not recieved my FIRST ORDER but, despite having written and alerting Invigot NOT to charge me for a Second order they chatge my card today... So I have been charged for 2 months of order/ supplies and recieved nothing... is this a scam?

Great experience, I can text, call or email one person and get the answer I need quickly. Brooklyn has gone above and beyond to get information to me accurately and quickly. Courtney (provider) is knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond also. Communication is key to any health system and you guys have nailed it! PS I am an RN that works with bariatric patient's daily, so I scrutinize any program I participate in. I look forward to sharing my experience.

Requested service, after over a week of hearing nothing emailed to speak with customer service to cancel and still have not heard back. If any charges were made, they will need to be reversed because no services were given.
