I ordered trimix and waited the 14 days they said to expect. I contacted them and they informed me the pharmacy was out of trimix but they would send me a sample of tadalafil for my inconvenience. The only reason anyone would order trimix is because oral meds don't work. So they want to appease me with something we both know is worthless to me. The chat person told me to call the office. Each time I called I pressed 2 for help with existing orders and got nothing but voice mail. I then called and pressed 1 for new orders. Surprise! They answered immediately. I then got all sorts of excuses about how long it would take to refund me. Bottom line. This is a bait and switch operation. One of the oldest types of scams. Buyer beware! I still have no idea if or when I will be refunded.These people are interested in selling period.

I’ve had a good experience so far with this company. Getting started with a new RX was fairly simple. The meds work well and the consult with the Dr was simple and straightforward. When I first signed up the meds were experiencing delays at partner pharmacies — but I was told to expect that so it wasn’t a problem. I’ve had really good interactions with the customer service/treatment specialists. In fact, I was meaning to order a refill recently but had forgotten. Jazmine reached out to me directly to see if I was still happy with the treatment and if I needed any refills or support. I was able to get my refill ordered quickly and easily. Really appreciate the great customer service!

I have been using invigor medical for sometime now. Brooklyn what is the representative who has taken care of me. Super knowledgeable, friendly, speedy response. She was absolutely amazing. The products have worked perfectly. And I couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend.

Our representative was Miss Kaneeta,& she made our experience awesome so far. She is very knowledgeable of the products and aware of how the process goes for first time orders. She answered me and my wife's questions and ensured that we were well taken care of. If she's not already then she deserves a Promotion immediately!!!!! Looking forward to receiving our products.
