I signed up for the text messages to get my extra 40% off and it never came through so I decided to purchase the item and the coupon came through right after I purchased the item so the coupon was useless

Pésimo servicio atención al cliente y mas pésimo el servicio de devolución

Muy buenos precios, pero la promoción decía que en compras de 99$ o más tenías free shipping y mi compra fue de 189.93 y me cobraron 26.98 por el envío. No creo que vuelva a hacer otra compra en Invicta, estoy muy decepcionada.

I ordered an aluminum watch case at the beginning of September for my anniversary on September 18th. The product was supposedly in stock and was to arrive in 3-5 days. It never arrived. I called to express my disappointment with their store, no one in Customer service seemed to have cared. I canceled the order and demanded a refund. It still took a while for them to send a gift card that I never asked for. Why would I want to purchase anything again when actually this was the third time I ordered something and it took sooooo long to receive it? I didn't except the gift card so that must've pissed them off and now I'm pretty sure I'll never see my refund. STILL WAITING and it's the middle of October. Wow. Will never do business with them again!!!

It takes over a month to deliver my orders . I bought 20 plus watches from Invicta, watches are great value but the delivery sucks. One watch took month and a half to deliver. I am happy with the watches, get on the ball and deliver my watches. If this keeps up, never to buy again .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE — THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM INVICTA STORES I am extremely disappointed with Invicta Stores and the way they have handled my orders. The first time I purchased watches directly from their website, I never received my products. After a month finally getting a response from customer service, I was issued a gift card instead of having my money refunded to my original payment method. I was very dissatisfied with this resolution, but I decided to give the company another chance. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting them again. I placed a second order, and now approximately a month has passed without receiving my products. Worst website ever

Purchased 4 pieces that were supposed to ship within 5 business days, its been a week. I reached out by email to their help center AND on social media and received no response. I recieve an email basically saying they're backed up and I'll get my order when I get it. That is unacceptable They wouldnt let me cancel the order because its in the shipping stage but they just dont know when it'll ship. I had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. I will NEVER order from this company again.
