You don't offer military discount and that's a problem.

Placed an order on September 25th and hasn't shipped or maybe will never ship as of October 20th. Contacting invicta it's useless. They don't issue refunds and don't want to cancel my order. The place it's a scam. They basically sell you watches they don't have in stock. Got robbed $355.

I wanted the watch color but I was charged packing protection and I didn't want it, nor did I click it

From what I've been told from one of your associates I don't really care for your refund policy. I think that it's unfair as well as unfortunate. Thank you for your concerns.

The shipping speed is too slow... I ordered two watches, but sometimes I only received one... I requested a refund for the gift card, but it's taking forever... Many items haven't shipped... I inquired via email... but they say they can't find the information... Even providing a screenshot of my purchase didn't help... This year's INVICTA has left me very disappointed. Previously, if INVICTA didn't receive the goods, they would directly refund and compensate the customer. Now, INVICTA requires customers to file a dispute with the credit card company, which is very troublesome.
