Delivery a little slow

I had to chase my package at the post office because they changed carriers and went to UPS Smart Post. They didn’t have my Box number on the package just my street address and the post office was sending it back. Luckily I got to it before it was sent back. FedEx was the best carrier. Don’t know why they changed. Update: ordered another watch and specifically emailed the store to update my address. I was sent a reply stating they did. Yet I had to chase my watch again because they DID NOT update my address like they told me. Lost this customer!

I have placed a few different orders this year. The order 1006946801 2 of the watches were said to be delivered to 453 32 rd my address is close to that 435 32 rd I did get 1 package 1 watch but the other two went to the 453 address. I have not gone to that address as of yet. I find it a problem that they kept the package because it has my name on it.normally you call you guys and say this is not our package.so if they did not call or return I have a big problem with that take a look at it see what you can do to get my watches. Great watch but the communication after purchase is lacking.

Product was great but disappointed that it took so long to ship.

Bought a nice piece that costs over $600 dollars. Because of the "water-resistant" feature I actually wore it into the shower, this was a mistake. The watched fogged up. I called the Invicta watch service. And their statement was “we inspect all of our watches, therefore, it must have been user error.” I disagreed and sent my watch to get services. The service department quoted me over $200 for repair. I called the technician and he is the reason I have now changed the review. He was very informed and told me that steam from the shower can find its way into the watch. I am a person who pays for my mistakes and he worked with me on the quote. It is nice to have people with a soul meet you halfway. Thank you international Watch Service Center.
