Invicta Stores is inconsistent with orders, some of my orders are from May and one of my May orders was cancelled not even refunded just put on a gift card. Customer service is responsive but DISMISSIVE when it comes to order problems. It's ALWAYS a gamble for any order placed. If you get an exceptional deal they will conveniently not ship your order and give excuses.

It took weeks for me to receive my complete order. One watch I ordered was not able to be filled. I was automatically given a store credit per policy. The notice should be an agreement before check out. I don’t think that’s fair. So where I received free shipping, I had to pay $12.99 to use my unwanted store credit. I will not purchase another Invicta watch online or in store because of this experience. I sent over 12 emails to support with no one responding.

Horrible customer service. I canceled an online order shortly after purchase through their website. Recieved an email stating that they dont cance orders. I literally canceled it through their cancelation form on line.

You have a google add for a product at 250. Click the add its 500. Try to add coupon code thats good for 70 more days. Doesn't work. Tried to cancel my order cause it auto payed after the coupon didnt work. Couldn't cancel. Had to make a request to cancel. Was ignored and shipped out. Now I have to wait for it to arrive and ship it back. Meanwhile Im out 500 bucks until you decide to give me my money back

Let’s just say even thou I like this watch company, my confidence in getting what I paid for is not there! My last order is still being processed! Since August this is the 3rd order still being precessed. Then I’m told they can’t be filled and given a credit. Just refund my money! I spent time looking for those watches and they were in stock at the time of ordering. I don’t know if I can trust the company anymore what ashame!!!

Horrible customer service. After order, won't ship items for months. If you contact, they will not cancel or refund either. When you try to reach, they will promise refund over phone and if you tried over email, you will get AI generated response for your request but you will never get refund. Open dispute with CC as last resort.
