the website is so delayed so I clicked on back button 3 times and somehow it ordered the watches in my cart without authorization and didn't get my 40 percent off.

I paid extra on fast shipping and it never came

Due to a policy change in which a refund is now a gift card sucks. Also the extended time that it took to get my gift card was terrible. Watches that I did want passed me by because I was still waiting for my gift card. Service really was bad. As long as I have dealt with you guys this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Llamo y me atendio una Sra. Telma y no me supo ni explicar, me dijo su queria la orden ese era el costo. Pésimo servicio!!!

I have purchased more than 12 Invicta watches over the years, but my latest experience with Invicta Stores has seriously damaged my trust in the company. My order #2001079359 included three watches. Two were delivered, but the third, Invicta I-Force Axis model 42998, was never shipped. Despite repeated inquiries, Invicta provided inconsistent information about the watch's availability. On October 12, 2026, management confirmed that it would be shipped the following day. This promise was not fulfilled. Even more concerning, I received a shipping notification suggesting the watch was on its way. However, Invicta's Senior Customer Service Manager, Gloria del Rey, subsequently confirmed in writing that a shipping label had been created although the item was unavailable and had never been handed over to a carrier. The watch was intended as a birthday gift for a family member. Due to these delays, I had to purchase an alternative gift at additional expense. Eventually, Invicta cancelled the item and stated that a refund had been issued. I requested EUR 1,000 in additional compensation as a proposed settlement, but the company rejected my request and considered the matter resolved. A refund for an undelivered product does not address the misleading shipping notification, unfulfilled commitments and inconvenience caused. After purchasing more than a dozen Invicta watches, I expected greater transparency and accountability. My advice to other customers: receiving a shipping notification does not necessarily mean that Invicta has actually dispatched your order. I have retained the written correspondence supporting these facts.

ZERO STARS. I can write a book about the bad business practices of InvictaStores.com and how they falsely advertise low prices to get your money and not deliver. They will tell you 5-7 business days to fulfill an order and you will wait months before they arbitrarily cancel your order stating the item(s) are unavailable - yet the item(s) still show online and in stock but being sold at a much higher price than when you originally purchased the item(s). Their customer service is notoriously horrendous. While you are waiting for your order(s) to be fulfilled, you will be unable to track the process online and only after you repeatedly call their customer service line will you get a response that states it is still being processed and they cannot tell you anymore information. I honestly believe this is a money laundering scheme. Don’t believe me…check out their Better Business Bureau rating! I highly recommend you do not purchase from this website. I only wish you could give them zero stars for a true accurate rating.
