run by absoolute fools. take a week to confirm an order, and by the time they do they sold the watch to someone else and have to refund you. seems fair.

I bought my watch about 12 months ago now, approx 2 months ago, the second hand fell away, causing the whole watch to stop. When I reached out to Invicta, I found that their only repair centre in all of Europe is in the Netherlands. I had to send my watch that had literally fell apart on under a year to the Netherlands at my own expense. The reasons for this became very clear when the provided paperwork wasnt adequate for Dutch customs, and resulted in my watch being detained for 3 weeks before finally being marked to be returned to me. Invicta to all intents and purpose told me it wasnt their problem, and refused to help me contact Dutch customs whilst my watch was detained. As soon as it was marked to be returned I was offered to have my watch sent back to Invicta at their expense this time, and a FedEx courier was booked in. Invicta knew I hadn't received my watch back yet. Chances are I'll never see my watch again, and Invictas entire attitude seems to be that they have my money, so they don't actually care

Recently purchased a watch. It took over a month to be shipped and hassle to clear and still wasn’t satisfied with the size and it was also seems that the battery came dead. For the amount of money I spent I hoped for better

When I clicked the site's "review purchase before submitting order" button, the site placed the order via Paypal, additionally adding unwanted charges to expedite the order and at the most expensive shipping rate possible. There is no customer service on weekends, so I emailed the CS address and contacted Paypal, which declined to help. On Monday I called CS and tried to cancel the order, which CS said wasn't possible (right!), and that I had to return the item when it was received. Oh, and MY COST for returning the unwanted, inappropriately ordered watch was $10! I transferred to a supervisor, who agreed to "waive the return fee as a courtesy." I immediately printed the label and dropped the watch off at UPS, which delivered it to IS straight away. After sitting at IS for six days, I hadn't heard a peep, so I called again and was told that the watch would be refunded by "next Tuesday," a further six days, and that I would have to check my Paypal account to confirm receipt, as Invicta Store wouldn't be sending any notifications. More: At long last, the refund arrived -- without the agreed upon waived fee! I had to call back, get Supervisor Gloria on the phone AGAIN, and get her to put the refund through for the rest of my payment (which the site initially made, not me). After another week that refund arrived and I wiped out my Invicra Account and added the domain to my SPAM filter. Invicta? You are dead to me. Buyer beware.

Good watches for the dollar but pathetic slow shipping times,10 days from Invicta store in Florida to my door in CT. I have ordered many things over seas and had it at my door with in 7 days. Now my second Invicta watch order still shows on Fedex for three days now and didn't come on the expecting delivery date and all tracking has stopped.Never again will I order anything from the Invicta store do to slow processing and delivery times nothing to do with the watch quality.

I have sent the watch back twice for repairs I am really upset

I have purchased several Invicta watches. A $159 watch with a 3 year warranty recently stopped working in less than 8 months. I went through required Invicta warranty process. The warranty repair charges $28 just to send the watch in to them. I just received an email with an invoice requiring me to pay an additional $109 to get my watch back. The warranty department is adding costs to me that are manufacturing failures including cleaning, and crystal and gasket replacements that failed. $137 customer cost to repair a watch that cost $159 just 8 months ago. Invicta should not falsely claim a 3 year warranty if they have no intention to honor a warranty. They should just include a 6 month warranty, and I would know when the watch fails, we just have to purchase a replacement. It really is false advertising. Very disappointing. The price is attractive because these are basically short-term watches to be trashed in 6 months to maybe a couple of years. Obviously I am not sending Invicta repair division another $109 to repair a watch that failed within 8 months of a 3 year warranty. I would just purchase a replacement watch - but not from Invicta. A warranty that actually costs the customer as much to repair under warranty as the value of the watch - is not really a warranty. This appears to be a fake warranty scam by Invicta. I have another Invicta watch that recently had the rubber band break. the watch was $139. The replacement band will be $75, and $20 for labor to replace. I can purchase a brand new watch with a steel band for $139. Replacing the band doesn't make sense at these prices. I think Invicta watches are basically temporary throwaway watches - which is fine. If anyone is considering buying an Invicta watch, you should stay away from their more expensive watches. When they fail, even under warranty, you will just be asked to pay more. If you are purchasing an Invicta watch under $100, the time it will last can be justified. Just know the warranty has little to no value.
