I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction regarding a recent order. Despite my immediate attempts to update the shipping address from a previous California residence to my current Arizona home, your customer service representatives informed me that the modification was not possible, citing that the order was already in progress. It is highly concerning that my request was denied while the order remained unprocessed. I was subsequently advised to wait for delivery and attempt recovery, which is an unacceptable resolution for a loyal customer of several years. Due to this lack of support and the resulting loss of my purchase, I will no longer be placing orders or recommending your company.

I only recieved one watch out of 2 and the one i didn't recieve was the more expensive of them. Not very happy at all. None of the tracking numbers worked and now one is missing

Very Disappointed – Watch Arrived Scratched I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from the Invicta Store. I ordered a brand-new watch, expecting it to arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the watch arrived with visible scratches on the front metal bezel, straight out of the factory packaging. When purchasing a new watch, especially from a reputable brand like Invicta, customers should not have to worry about receiving a product that already looks used or damaged. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and product inspections before shipping. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what I expected from Invicta. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully inspect their watches upon delivery.
