This company is a fraud - check out their Trustpilot rating on their website - it says excellent and uses the Trustpilot logo with 5 stars says 'excellent based on 3,116 reviews - Trustpilot need to challenge this company and take them to court as this is clearly a lie!!!

I placed order, paid it and after 2 day they send me email that my order is cancelled due to pricing error. Never more buying here!

Purchased a used watch from your store it arrived yesterday afternoon in non working condition. Your return policy states literally, Pre-owned watches are non refundable and do not come with a warranty. But it also states that Invicta inspects each watch to ensure perfect working condition. Which it does not. all it took is adjust time and the seconds dial is getting stuck and even moves backwards. So I understand the no warranty policy but where does your "ensure perfect working condition" stand ? I have had the watch for hours and it's not working out of the box. I'm not complaining about cosmetics, I'm complaining the the sole purpose of this and other watches is provide with accurate time. And this one doesn't. This is not a warranty claim this is a DOA claim. So don't disappoint.

Bought joker watch ,came broken, this is 3rd watch I have bought from invicta, had to return all 3 because something was wrong ,great looking watches ,but no quality control, and very difficult to return, not worth the headache buying invicta!!!!!

The fact that they treat a fan who professes extreme appreciation for the quality behind their product is mind blowing! This has happened repeatedly. On my recent purchase, I called multiple times, including today checking on an order I placed 2 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Today their service rep lied to me! I was told that my order would ship and I’d be emailed tracking info by 5:30pm today. According to the Invicta WebSite neither happened. Ineptitude is one thing, but dishonesty is definitely another! My late father instilled in me a love for collecting things, especially baseball cards and watches. Today, I still collect both. I have everything from vintage Rolexes, TagHeur, Seikos, Cartiers and Invictas, plus many others. Despite my much more expensive options, my 2 favorites are my G Shock and my Invictas. I discuss watchmakers on my multiple social media platforms, including a growing YouTube channel. If Invicta ever wishes to grow, their customer service and shipping policy HAS GOT TO CHANGE AND MORE CLOSELY RESEMBLE THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY! I’ll keep ordering Invicta product, but at this point, NOT DIRECTLY from Invicta. I will share my personal experience, especially this experience with all of my friends and followers. I will describe my frustration with their terrible shipping, than, today, being lied to. I’d like to explain how they made up for all my frustration, but after being lied to, I don’t expect it. The shipping is horrible! you have to wait weeks! and one time i never received the watch! i lost my 200 dollars.

Bought two watches, one was with 30 % discount, but never got it. Saw it to late because of duty fees and exchange, and payed. I sent an email, answer after few days sorry it doesn't work internationaly. I answered, then say this on the website, this was the 26th of december....never got an answer. I wrote several e mails but no reply. I got the wachtes 3 days before the promised date. 1 is not in the original box, the box is also broken...and no manuel or what so ever. Don't buy here...it's a scam! Roland

Horrible company. Never got my watch, they claim it was delivered. 0 stars! They are unwilling to help
