I have been a long time Invicta collector and have shopped Invicta stores online and in your retail stores. The biggest problem is your shipping times. It's a major decision factor in purchasing watches online from your store. I am currently waiting for a watch purchased online that had a banner "ships in 7-10 days" and it is now 15 days and it hasn't shipped yet.

Good Invicta watch and jewelry selection, but the shipping time is about a month, even though the online store policies stated 5 days. My rating of 3 stars is the reason for prolonger shipping times.

What I disliked was that you have all these discounts? You text me a discount code and none of them worked.

Tell your customer the shipping policy up front..I am ordering on October 30 for and event on October 23rd on a two day shipping and it should not take 5 days for delivery.

The biggest gripe is offering a 1st time customer a coupon and then restrict what they can use it on. 99% of first time customers are coming for a perticular item likely on flash sell

Shipping takes too long extremely long you can’t plan ahead for gifts because the shipping is so slow and never arrives in any consistency you just can’t rely on how long it takes to receive your items
