Weeks pass between order and shipment. If you don’t have the product available then don’t sell it on your site. Getting sick of spending money and having to wait weeks for delivery when I can get the same watch from Amazon in two days. Something wrong here

Great selection and prices. Plenty of deals. Slow processing and shipping. My payment was taken quick my order still being processed and has not shipped a week later

I have been a invicta collector for 25 years and I enjoyed the deal your platform offers. My dislike is the time that take to process my order and shipping Is really unfortunately the one must wait so long for a watch to show up at the door

I can see communication is on the rise, however the time frame needs updating so it doesn't take so long to receive order in hand. I like how the site has been upgraded for when you need to return something, keep doing what you are doing for it is noticeable.

Disliking the fact the origin of the movements is no longer listed as a country, but a company that has to be researched to know where it was made. I have 40+ watches, and will continue to buy if I know where the movements are made.... and stop making stuff in China.
