InvictaStoresReviews of invictastores.com

Largo tiempo de espera para despachar productos.

It takes almost a month for them to ship the products.

I have not received my order yet.

I was suppose to receive a $15 credit if purchased before 10/24/2026 on my order and was charged the full amount.

As stated all the codes that were texted to me did not work very disappointed even the welcome or the 10% when is my first time buying I expect that at least the welcome code to apply

Was difficult

The watches are a great value. My issue is that I bought a watch. It didn’t work. And instead of simply sending a replacement and me sending the broken one back. They forced me to refund the watch and buy a new one. I bought a new one in advance of the refund so I wouldn’t miss the sale price. I’m still waiting for a refund after 14 days of them receiving it. And they said they won’t refund back to my card only store credit. The website clearly states that you can refund back to original form of payment. Be weary before spending too much

The Invicta products are good. They just can't deliver them to you. The order process - smooth. The taking my money from my account - smooth. The getting my order to my door - evidently, near impossible. Their logistics department is pathetic. Get your Invicta watch from anybody but Invicta in Ft Lauderdale.
