ORDERED 3 GOT 1 PERIOD!!! THEFT PERIOD!!

I have bought over 300 watches from this website thoughout my life now they messed it up big time no shipping for almost a month no replies no refunds. This website is done

Spent hundreds of dollars on a watch that has never arrived or even shipped. It’s been over a month and they will not refund my money. I have been scammed. Never again. Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery service. Major fail.

No communication, no response to emails and calls. No tracking numbers on all parts of the order. No reasons given for what was delivered when. No heads up email when things were sent. Just a bad experience overall and completely unacceptable in this day when most companies can offer next day. I’m still waiting on several pieces from a second order which I can’t even check on because the website is so bad at allowing me to see my orders. Even when I put in all the information!!!!

I’m very angry and disappointed about their lack of communication and my shipping time is very long to the point I thought I was never received my package, when I did receive few watches not running and looks too cheap quality I tried to email the customer service been a minute I haven’t received any response from them.

This company is committing outright FRAUD. They take customers’ money but fail to ship the ordered watches for months. They refuse to cancel orders or issue refunds, and they actively fight chargebacks with banks to prevent victims from recovering their funds. This is a clear pattern of THEFT by deception. Their operation relies on collecting payments while providing no goods and obstructing legitimate refund attempts. I demand a full investigation into this fraudulent business practice. I request that law enforcement and consumer protection agencies take immediate action to shut them down and pursue criminal charges for wire fraud, mail fraud, and any other applicable violations.

I don't kn9w what has happen to this company. It has gone down the drain. I have been purchasing Invicta Watches for years, having approximately 10 to 13 Watches. But this year it has been unacceptable the delay. I did a purchase June 4th for a Father's Day gift and still today June 25 the order is still sitting in the spider web of the company unseen. I have sent several emails and even called customer service and NO new answer than: it is taking more time and the orders are delayed. It seems that for the company the customers concern and money is non valuable. Not even 1 person has had the guts or thought to call the customer. So I suggest for this company: to send the watches to the customer and once received then We will make the payment. This is my last purchase and I'll start selling my watches to get rid of them.

I placed an order online but changed my mind because I found it even cheaper on Amazon. So I called Invicta first thing in the morning, before they shipped, and asked for cancellation. They said no, that was against their policy, although they said I could send it back at my expense (because my order was under $ 99). You know what is against MY policy? Buying anything else from these people.
