The watch was not what I expected and sending it back would cost me more than I paid for it

Wow! Never in a million years would I have guessed i would be leaving a NEGATIVE review for Invicta. The watches are phenomenal but that is all thats phenomenal. Ive been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for a single watch to ship. Each call to customer service yields just another lie and another foreigner who barely speaks the English language. This company gets 0 stars and I will never buy another watch from them.

Absolute fraudsters. Take your money and ship inferior products and broken. Don’t stand behind their warranty, and refuse to fix the watch even after I paid. Complete dishonesty and trash product.

This company is a sham. I ordered a Techno Marine and then attempted to cancel the order before it shipped because the case size was too big for my wrist. I was told I would have to wait to receive the order and then would have to return it. I have sent several emails to Invicta requesting return instructions and no one has responded. You only have 14 days to return your item. I am starting to believe that they are just stalling so I will no longer be able to return the item. No one answers the phone either. Buyer Beware!

Invicta Watch Company of America is a masterclass in deception when it comes to their warranty. They deliberately hide the proof of purchase—when you buy a watch, it arrives with no clear documentation. Then, when you finally need to rely on their so-called three-year warranty, they refuse to honor it because you can’t produce a valid proof. This isn’t a mistake—it's a calculated tactic to deny customers their rightful repairs. If you’re considering an Invicta, know this: they don’t stand behind their product—they stand behind obfuscation, leaving customers with broken watches and empty promises..

I was really trying to not have to write this review because I love Invicta and I was giving them grace to do the right thing. But after over a month in alleged shipping delays and being lied to by a representative over the phone I must. Past experiences with Invicta were great. I would tell any and everybody about their brand and how to get them. This last shopping experience has led me to no longer want to purchase watches from them until they get whatever it is they have going on fixed. I made two separate orders for watches the first week of June. I received two emails for each order stating the order was confirmed and processed. In the email it tells you shipped occurs when the order is confirmed and processed. However, that is no longer the case. They will send you those emails and your order will never have been processed. As of this review an order is still not processed for shipping. Email contact with customer service went extinct once I referred them to their policy and questioned them on how the order wasn't processed despite the email they sent. I was finally able to speak with a live rep last week. He informed me my order was shipping this week. I have yet to receive a notification about shipping. I called again and spoke to a female rep. She said the order is still being processed. After questioning her and asked for a higher up she said they were unable to respond but could give an email for a manager. I asked for someone about the manager. She said there is no one else. So I asked if there wasn't a president, vice president, CEO, or anyone other than the brand Invictasotres, the manager, and her. She replied yes. I wish I was making this up but I am not. This is very disappointing and misleading for people who have spent their hard earn money on something that can't be delivered as promised and we have to just take it. What ot has invictastores on there as well and I have purchased 6 items and received them within two weeks today and they came from invictastores.

This companies policies are nothing but BS. You order a product that they say ships in 7-10 days. I ordered a watch for Father’s Day in early June with the 7-10 days shipping timeline. The are in Floridas east coast, I live on Floridas west coast. Invicta keeps telling me it is in processing- today is July 10th. I could have drove to the other coast and picked up the watch in 1 day. I probably will never get the watch, they sure took my money. I have contacted the Florida Attorney Generals office regarding possible fraud charges. I can not recommend this terribly run company. Buyers Beware.

If you can wait 2 to 3 months on an order then yes feel free to waste your time with these people ! What a disappointment!
