They sent me a men's necklace that barely fit around my neck and I have a small neck. Their G-Shock looking watches are cheap plastic Chinese knockoffs and the knob that you would normally turn twisted right off and was only connected by a thin piece of plastic. The charge $10 for returns and it just isn't worth it at this point.

Charged me the day I ordered more than one month ago but never shipped watch. Agreed to cancel order and issue refund 3 weeks later but never did. Taking legal action.

Invicta Stores are one of the worst, if not THE worst when it comes to shipping. I placed my order 7/28/2026. It sat waiting to be processed until 8/04/2026. That's a week for all the people in the back rows. Today is 8/06/2026 and it sill hasn't shipped. Hopefully it doesn't take another week for it to take that final step and be on its merry way. If you're considering buying an Invicta watch, for the love of all things that keep on ticking, purchase it ANYWHERE but here. *update* It didn't take another week for it to arrive, it only took 5 days. That's a total of 2 weeks from when I placed the order to when I received it. Unacceptable in my book.

Bought what I thought was a good watch. 13 months and needed to replace the battery. Took to my local jewellers to replace. They told ne that the back plate was seized on and that the spindle was snapped inside. When I contacted Invicta they refused to honour their warranty claiming that my jewellers must have broken my watch.

I placed an order on May today is July 27th and I am still waiting on my order. I bought 3 items and only recieved one. I email them every other day about and all they tell me is thank you for your patients if you can't continue to wait just call your bank and dispute the transaction. I have bought from invicta mutiple times but lately they have been slaking. I just need my money back. This was a fathers day gift. I wish i Can give it 0 stars.

I don't know if it's like this with other customers, but this company's business practices feel entirely deceptive; I made the purchase over a month ago and nothing has been resolved yet. After more than 15 days without them even shipping the product, I requested a cancellation multiple times. They ignored my rights, tried to force me to accept an unwanted delivery just to make a return harder, and to top it all off, I am still being unfairly charged via Shop Pay even after confirming the cancellation. Terrible customer service and completely unreliable.

I ordered a watch 2 months ago and customer service is horrible! The only reply I keep getting is that they appreciate my patience. Do not purchase from them. Sales are fake because they up charge so you’re really not getting a deal. You’ll be better off ordering it from the Walmart website! Responses are AI generated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM INVICTA STORES I had a nightmare experience after ordering a watch that was never advertised as delayed shipping or unavailable. I paid for extra shipping, and the company sent my watch a month later after numerous attempts to cancel and refund. After I refused shipment, every customer service rep I spoke to (about 6 different ones) assured me I would get a refund, which I still have not received. This company has had my money for almost 2 months. Had to get the BBB and my bank involved for fraud. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They never have a manager available and hang up on you when you ask for one.
