Invicta Stores delayed my order 2001071789 shipment for almost 2 months stating it was still "processing". When I tried to cancel and get a refund they stated it could only be for gift card. They just took my money, did not send me a product and now want to give a gift card instead of a refund to my form of payment. Absolutely ridiculous business practice and horrible service recovery. Some of the watches I did receive had defective clasps, but customer service just ghosts you and never emails back. Buyer Beware.

Orders 3 watches and never received. Was told I cant get refund only a gift card! Total rip off! Don't buy!

Terrible delivery time, terrible customer service, terrible brand. I ordered a watch over two weeks ago and saw their "Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing and packing before it is shipped" notice. Well what a load of cobblers that promise is. 7 days after ordering, with no movement, I asked to cancel because I was going to order from someone who wanted to actually sell me something. Their response was "Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, as per our Website we are unable to cancel it as orders are processed and confirmed very quickly through our system"... VERY QUICKLY?!?!?!? Here we now are, a further 9 days on from that email and it's still processing... A complete joke of a brand, intent on taking its customers for fools. I'll just have to raise a chargeback with my bank, and I won't be buying anything from them again. I'd advise everyone stays well away.

⭐ 1-Star Review Very disappointed with my experience with Invicta. I placed my order on September 6, 2026, and today is September 26, and I still have not received my watch. When I placed the order, there was no indication that the watch was on backorder or out of stock. If I had known there would be this kind of delay, I would have never placed the order. What makes this even more frustrating is that I know someone who ordered their watches around the same time and has already received theirs, while my order still hasn’t even been properly shipped. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication regarding why my order has been delayed is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase a company down to find out what’s happening with an order they already paid for. I expected much better from a company like Invicta. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether I would ever order from Invicta again. Hopefully, someone from the company sees this review and can explain what is going on with my order.

These people are criminals. They give no refunds at all for anything. They won’t ship your purchase because of supposed delays. And when you call, they will only offer you a gift card for their store. Stay away from this place.

I placed an order almost a month ago and they haven't shipped it yet. I have written some emails and all I get from customer service is nothing but absurd justifications saying that they are facing troubles with shipping because of the huge amount of orders they have. That's insane! Even if they handled the amount of orders Amazon does, they need to be respectful to the customers and honor their own word when they say they ship orders in 5-7 days. Today I called costumer service after so many emails and the person said it takes them 5-7 weeks to ship or I could just simply cancel the order, I said I didn't want to cancel and I told him that that's not what they advertise and that I needed to talk to a supervisor, he transferred the called and, surprise! The supervisor (Gloria, I believe that was the name I heard on the voicemail) couldn't take the call and hasn't replied yet. If people saw the reviews this company has on Trustpilot instead of the ones that appear on Google, I'm sure they wouldn't sell any watch in the US anymore. Here is the constructive message for them: replace the entire board of the company, and all who allow this company to have such a terrible customer service.

I ordered a watch and was told at the check out screen and on the confirmation email, it would ship in 1-5 days. 2 weeks later, it still has not shipped so I contact support, who tells me they cannot say when it will be shipped and cannot tell me if I will ever receive my order. I ask for a cancellation, to which they reply no. I give them one more full week to cancel or ship, and tell them I will be forced to file a chargeback if they intend to keep my money in limbo. They respond telling me to go ahead and file a chargeback, which I did today. This company has to be either a complete scam or so incompetent they do not care about making a profit

Habe am 09/10/26 eine Uhr gekauft (Modell 51322), für CHF 531.00 (nur wenige verfügbar!!!!!). Eine Woche später konnte man die genau gleiche Uhr im Shop für CHF 150.00 !!!!! kaufen! Auf meine Anfrage hin kam vom Kundendienst eine nichtssagende Antwort (das sei einfach so...). was ist das für eine Preispolitik????
