Roots Investment CommunityReviews of investwithroots.com

The team at Roots has gone above and beyond. Every time I've interacted with a team member or asked a question, they've been very professional, but also kind and approachable. I can tell that the people behind Roots are sincere and want to make individuals lives better, the world is a brighter place because of them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Roots is a fantastic investment! I have only positive things to say about this platform. Unfortunately, I had to make a withdrawal for personal financial reasons, but I definitely plan to come back. Nothing against Roots — it’s truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it.

I'm very happy with this company, their business model, transparency, friendly correspondence, webinars and their "give back" to the community approach, helping renters save money and build wealth. This kind of investment opportunity that is a "win-win" doesn't come along all that often. It's been a fun ride for the last 8 months, and very excited to be a small part of their future.

I’ve been renting with Roots since January. With this being my first time renting a home, I was very nervous and prepared for all of the horror stories I’ve been warned about. Since the day I found their home, I have had the best experience! From the ease of viewing the house the first time to them working with me with my animals to moving in. I’ve only had a couple small things since moving in that required maintenance requests. Within an hour I had received a call or email addressing the issue and someone on the way or scheduled for the next day to resolve it. They have been so amazing through everything!

Been invested for years, nice place for low risk money to live, especially knowing you’re supporting a better way to rent.

I'm impressed with Roots innovative approach to attracting and retaining tenants. Their strategy using financial incentives not only boosts occupancy rates but also aligns tenant interests with long-term property performance. Roots "win-win" model is forward-thinking and socially responsible, especially in a market where affordability is a challenge. From an investment standpoint, it adds a unique value proposition that could enhance stability and yield. These factors demonstrate a smart blend of profitability and purpose, which strengthens its long-term appeal. From an investor standpoint, the Roots platform is seamless and efficient. The platform contains all information needed to track investment progress and is user-friendly. Investing with Roots offers a valuable opportunity for investors of all levels, but more importantly, it provides tenants with a meaningful chance to build wealth for the future.

Renting with Roots Investment has been one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my first apartment and my first time living on my own. From the beginning, the experience was smooth, supportive, and genuinely positive. The team was always kind and professional, and I always felt like I was in good hands. What truly stood out was how responsive and efficient they were—especially when unexpected things came up. Maintenance was always timely and top-notch, and any issues I faced were handled with care and urgency. I always felt supported, not just as a tenant, but as a person. Another unique and rewarding aspect of renting through Roots Investment is the opportunity to earn through their investment model. Being able to make money while renting was a huge bonus I didn’t expect. Overall, I highly recommend Roots Investment. They made my first rental experience one to remember for all the right reasons.

Roots has been an awesome investment as a part of my investment portfolio. Great return on investment while paying generous dividends and helping renters become owners!
