Since moving to Georgia, there is no team that I have felt more happy and safe with than Roots, and nowhere I've felt more so that a property management and renting team has treated me more like family. They are wonderful, kind, and supportive! Regardless of what I was going through they have been accommodating and understanding, and very helpful. If I needed maintenance it has always been simple, quick, and flexible, sometimes even responding and arriving late at night within a couple of hours. The live in it like you own it program has been amazing, is comfortable and easy to get through and earn more money for yourself each quarter, by simply behaving just as the name implies, by treating the property as if it were your own. Even the occasional renter's news emails sent by the team serve as another happy element in my life, as they are always filled with positivity. I can’t recommend renting with Roots enough. Thank you to Scott, Jordan, Katie, Hazel, to all of the terrific and skilled maintenance techs, and the entire Roots team!

You will find this to be the most honest review I can give. It’s hard to find a rental company that actually cares for its residents and wants to see you grow financially. I found all those qualities and more with Roots. They teach financial literacy, they help you to become a home owner, they communicate they treat you like family. In this economy of uncertainty I know I have reasonable rate for rent I can afford, my utilities are included in my rent that makes a huge difference my property is well maintained because I follow the live in it like you own it guidelines which are simple and easy this is my property my home while I’m renting it and I treat it as such. Roots give back to the community in more ways than one. It is a absolute pleasure to be a resident here .

I absolutely love renting from Roots. If I have any problems and need maintenance they respond in less than 24 hours. It's just a great company to rent from.

My partner and I were with Roots for a couple years and did not have any negative experiences with them. They were more than fair and honest through our entire journey. They were responsive and receptive to all of our concerns and needs. We feel safe investing with them, and would do so in the future.

I have lived in the property since September and it has been an amazing experience. There is someone always available when any issue arises. I mainly speak with Hazel she is so wonderful. Kudos to the whole team they are doing it the right way.

Katie is AWESOME! When I was at my lowest with losing a family member, Katie supported me and provided me with what I needed so that I could keep moving forward! She's very supportive, caring, and an excellent listener. Whenever the house has any maintenance issues, she quickly sends someone over to resolve the issue. I wouldn't trade Katie for anyone else in the world! She's a keeper ;)
