Laura
Overall, I am satisfied, but some times it would be nice if I was able to call the IMS help desk person if an issue is emailed back and forth several times. I feel like I cannot always get my questions across and the IMS help desk either doesn't understand my question or I can't understand their response.
Response from RealPage IMSMay 23, 2019
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Laura. We agree that having our customer support team members pick up the phone and speak with our clients directly is an important next step if there's any confusion! We appreciate this suggestion and will be acting on it moving forward! Thank you! -- The IMS Team
Nicole
Excellent implementation process and flexible in "Canadian-ifying" the platform.

Paul
The investor portal is terrific and the bones of the product are solid. We need better (or any) reporting ability and overall metrics for the investor portfolio (i.e. avg rate of return across all investments).
Response from RealPage IMSMay 23, 2019
Hi Paul, Thank you for your review! We are happy to report that we have been enhancing our reporting features for investors and recently updated metrics available to show to investors on their dashboards and statements. We appreciate the feedback and welcome any future product enhancement requests! -- The IMS Team
