I surf InvestorLift quite often for off market properties, but experienced my first interaction with an individual today (someone by the name of Chris) who claimed to work for a wholesale company. BUYER BEWARE. Watch out for daisychains! These guys wouldn’t even allow for a proper inspection, suggested that I bring a contractor to inspect (no problem) — with no ratified contract in place!! They never presented a contract. I presented highest offer and after wasting my time for two days, informed me they were going with another buyer (smh). The only focus was how fast they could close the deal (and I mean unrealistically fast). Individuals such as this are only looking for fools, not saavy investors. If you receive any texts from a guy named Chris—PASS and do not reply. Incompetent at best.

Hello Happy Friday! I love using Investor Lift everyday to sell our properties. The software helps our company find buyers outside of our local markets. As the Disposition Manager for Retro Carolina Investments, I personally use Investor Lift every single day. The main tools I use to sell our properties are, God Mode, Hot Buyers, and even Text/Email Blast. God Mode, Hot Buyers and Address Request does a great job helping us find warm/hot leads for current properties or maybe future properties that come in later into our pipeline. Some people are using phony phone numbers and contact info so they can look at deals without being contacted. If people can do a phone verification before signing up to investor Lift that would cut down on the incorrect or phony phone numbers I come across. Also, with God Mode the information on who actually did the Fix & Flip on the property isn't always the most accurate. I'll find properties through God Mode, then use Prop Stream to back track the information to make sure it's accurate. Which a lot times Investor Lift is pretty spot on but then I'll have to use True People to skip trace for contact info to reach out to see if they'll like to buy more houses. In the markets that normally don't do deals in, using the Title Company tab really helps us a lot to find an investor friendly Title Company that's used to doing these types of deals. Investor Lift is a very powerful and useful software to use in this industry. I don't think we'll ever stop using the software because it's all on one software to dispo deals to end buyers in an efficient manner. Personally when I'm selling a deal, I'll go to Investor Lift and look for active investors that are actively buying in the area that would buy our property too because it fits their buy box. Then I can get in contact with them as soon as possible to get our deal in front of their eyes. I hope all this very helpful. Thank You, Anthony Prescott Jr.
