The Investorlift Platform has provided the data that we need to "pre-sell" homes that have not yet ben bought by developing a functional Buyer database and creating business relationships. Its not cheap but as with many things in life value and cheap rarely go hand in hand. We are grateful to have found Investorlift.

Investor Lift speaks for itself. I can now sell my deals quickly and for more because of the range of buyers. You will struggle to run a wholesale company without being able to sell your deals as fast and for as much. We average 45k an assignment now where we used to be at 20k.
