Hi Naples Dental, This is Robert Wensley CEO of Investorlift. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Did you receive a text message? If so, can you share the phone number you received it from? A lot of times people think we're sending them messages because a message they received contains a link to something posted on our website, but the message was sent by someone else. We definitely don't want to waste anyone's time sending deals to people that aren't interested in buying. That's why we designed our systems with double opt-in where each buyer needs to verify their phone number with a 2-factor code before receiving text messages from our systems. In addition, we follow all of the TCPA rules and go above and beyond those rules to make is easy for buyers to control what messages they receive from us. Hi Samantha, This is Robert Wensley CEO of Investorlift. Thanks for sharing your concern. I'd like to get your feedback on our processes for handling disputes like this so we can improve them. Currently, we do not allow unauthorized posting of properties that a user does not have under contract themselves or with a signed JV agreement. In situations like this, we ask the wholesaler to produce their contract or JV agreement. If they are unable to produce it, they are banned from the platform. Sometimes we run into instances where two wholesalers both have contracts on the same property. In those cases, we only keep the posting up if the wholesaler had the property under contract first.
