Deceiving cancelation process

Very early on after purchasing the program I realized It was not the right time due to personal finances and my job. Although the program boasts 30 day money back guarantee, I was not able to cancel unless I finished all the modules which I was not able to do. The marketing was deceiving. At no time during the onboarding process was there any mention of not being able to cancel the program without actually finishing modules. It was very confusing for me. I am now out a substantial amount of money on my credit card that I have to pay back with interest.

We do make reference with full transparency to the 30 day action based refund policy prior to any purchase, so there is no ambiguity whatsoever. Action based refunds are extremely common in the digital products / online education industry. The policy is clearly evident during the free webinar, on the purchase order form that you read and completed and again in our company terms and conditions which students agree to prior to making any purchase. You can view our full refund policy here: https://investdiva.com/terms-of-use/ As part of the 30 day action based refund policy, you were required to fully complete the first 6 out of 24 modules of the course in total, including submitting your homework from each of those modules to our support team. We can see that you have not actually viewed any of the course material at all since you joined other than the initial orientation section. We created our action based refund policy with one main goal in mind - to proactively help people take control of their financial future and make their money work for them. We know our program will help our students with their finances. We also know that our students will be better off financially by completing the first few modules.
