However, Kiana includes it because it was a pivotal part of her own journey. She has shared that she didn't begin to experience lasting success until she changed the way she thought about money, investing, and her own potential. Because of that experience, she believes she would be doing members a disservice if she didn't include mindset as a foundational step in the program. That said, the course extends far beyond mindset. It includes comprehensive training on financial planning, portfolio management, investment strategies, risk management, and building the skills needed to make informed investing decisions over the long term. We also provided guidance on the steps outlined in our refund policy and the process required to determine refund eligibility. After reviewing your case with our support team, we confirmed that your initial message came in on October 20th — the same day a major AWS outage affected platforms across the internet, including ours. This widespread outage caused temporary loading issues for many users on multiple platforms, not just Invest Diva. Our team promptly provided several troubleshooting steps to help resolve the access issue but we did not receive confirmation that those steps were attempted. The purpose of our action-based refund policy is to encourage members to engage with the material right away and take the first actionable steps — such as submitting homework from some of the modules within 30 days. We are not a scam. We are a genuine company, full of integrity at the highest level. We have a proven track record of member success as well as proven credibility and authority in the financial education industry. We have many 1000's of fully satisfied, happy and highly successful members throughout our various courses and programs and Invest Diva is regularly invited by mainstream media companies to provide published news and TV updates to the public about trending financial or investing related topics. We do make reference with full transparency to the 30 day action based refund policy prior to any purchase, so there is no ambiguity whatsoever. Action based refunds are extremely common in the digital products / online education industry. Thank you for explaining your situation, however, we can confirm that what you have described in your review has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Invest Diva or Kiana Danial. From what you have described, it looks like you have unfortunately and very sadly fallen foul of a scam by one of Kiana's many online impersonators. Invest Diva and Kiana Danial would never contact you directly and would never ever ask you to send money or take any actions in the way that you have described in your review. Unfortunately there are a lot of imitators and scammers who are pretending to be Invest Diva or Kiana on social media. Invest Diva will NEVER DM you or message you to request money or to recommend you invest in particular assets or ask about your investments. Unfortunately it would appear that the more popular a social media account or business/brand becomes, the more scammers and imitators appear. We are aware that there are a huge number of imitator accounts on social media and we are working with the appropriate contacts to get them removed but it is a very challenging process. Ultimately, we are not responsible for the actions of other people who choose to inappropriately impersonate Invest Diva or Kiana Danial. The best way to protect yourself is to do your due diligence and to always be sure that you are interacting with Kiana's REAL and verified social media accounts, you need to look for the blue verified check mark.
