The application is great and for me it’s easy to navigate. And I like how they give you updates weekly on emails

Used to be good but now very poor service especially their app misan by bamboo. If your money is refunded misan will never pay you. As of today misan haven't provided an update on my money. And their customer service is only weekdays 9am-9pm. No number to call nothing. My mistake for trusting them.
