Quality and efficient ITIL training. Small class size allowed for a customized learning experience. Course material was easy to understand. Trainer was knowledgeable and gave many tips for taking the exam.

My instructor PD is really knowledgeable and explained really well the concepts, giving me examples and clarifying when needed. Moreover, he has been very supportive in my learning progress. The materials have been comprehensive and clear too.

I had a great two days of training with Pritesh Shah. He was very patient with teaching the proper terms and providing real world examples for better understanding. I was the only one in the class and I felt very much accommodated to my learning style and how I can absorb information better. Every question I had was explained thoroughly to me.

Pritesh Shah was a wonderful very patient and professional instructor. I felt supported all the way, he gave me excellent tips and always started the sessions with a very good summary of the previous explanations so that gradually my understanding would increase.
