I was a little nervous about purchasing my chair and ottoman from Intuition Decor, as I had never heard of the company. The chair was on back order, which was clearly stated on the website, but customer service reached out to confirm my purchase and give me detailed info about when it would arrive. When it did ship a week or so later, they reached out again. The shipping/tracking info wasn’t super detailed, likely due to Fed Ex over the holiday weekend, but they responded to every message. Excellent customer service! The pieces arrived by the date estimated. I was delighted by how easy everything was to assemble and how well made it all seems. It’s a great chair. Happy with it!

I was honestly shocked by how quickly it arrived at my home, especially for such a large piece of furniture. The couch itself is beautifully designed, boasts pretty good quality, and is perfectly comfortable for long movie nights. I’m so glad I chose them and will definitely buy here again!
