Falsely advertises return policy
Introducelm falsely advertises their return policy. I ordered Pickleball leggings. The fabric was terrible. The sizing was wrong. I submitted a request to the customer service team to return the leggings and three times they told me it would be too expensive for me to return them and they would offer me a $5 credit. After a few email exchanges, in which I told them they had falsely advertised their return policy, they stopped communicating with me. I have the Pickleball leggings and no refund!
