I made a purchase over a month ago, they keep saying it was sent and the tracking stopped on 8/25/2024, they claim is coming and the shipper has not update the tracking but its been over 10 days and nothing, I contacted pay pal and they said the same thing, I won't lose my money I will contact my bank and escalate this I work hard for my money to get scammed likd this.

Should have looked at the reviews before I purchased. It didn't even arrive and they are claiming otherwise. Lesson learned. A typical drop shipping company making money on scams. They actaully asked me for more money for them to ship it again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I'll wait for my reimbursement. Notify credit card companies and paysites about companies like this.

I should have checked this site before I ordered. Definitely not as advertised. I have written many texts to customer care and get a bot response only. Cannot get information on how to return and get a refund. Very frustrating!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

They sell products made in polyester and it is written made in cotton. I was hoping I can juggle with fire in a cotton dress. If I had trusted them without checking on the product, I COULD HAVE BURN !!!! And they refuse to assume and refund me. Don’t buy to these big liars !!!

If I could leave a zero I would! Said made in the US and them started shipping from China. Took weeks to get here and was damaged. Ironed burned holes and melted. Have submitted my photos to paypal.

NEVER NEVER buy from this site!! The Products were absolute TRASH cheap & nasty such a terrible quality beyond CRAPPY ...when I complained was told KEEP & we will partially refund ..opened a PayPal Resolution & still have NOT seen ANY REFUND at all & left with RUBBISH .. BE WARNED THE PRODUCTS ARE DREADFUL & CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIFIC they will NOT REFUND nor offer RESOLUTION!!!

THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND SPEAK TO ANYONE AND I ORDERED 8-10 ITEMS AND ONLY GOT ONE IN THE MAIL...NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL ABOUT THE OTHER AND IF I WAS NEW LOOKING AT THIS SITE I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET THE PRODUCT AND ITS TO MUCH OF A HASSLE TO GO THROUGH ! NOT WORTH IT TO ME!!! They keep emailing me back that they can not find my order !!! I am now Disputing this order !!! Do yourself a favor and dont waste time on this company and your personal time to have to dispute it like I am ....UGH This COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO FRAUD DEPT AND TAKEN OFF SITE IMMEDIATELY !!!

The tracking info says it's shipped from Italy but it actually shipped from NY. The quality is terrible and the size is ridiculously, when I asked for a refund, they told me nothing was wrong with the product, but the return policy says you can return if you are not happy with the item. When I insisted to return, I was told the shipping was expensive and do not ship to the address on the shipping label (NY). I asked for shipping address anyways and I think they are going to give me a fake address in China. This company is a total scam!
