scam never got items and no one answers

I am a textile designer. This company is selling shirts emblazoned with my designs that they are NOT licensed to use. This is fraudulent behavior. The designs even feature my logo!

I ordered pickleball leggings. They were huge Xlarge that were not good material and wrong size. The leg length was 44 inches. I asked to return the leggings for a medium size and they refused to exchange this product. I received these and the cost was $36.70. Advertised for $21.99 plus shipping. The Customer Service Team was not helpful or friendly!

As from my previous post. Their website says you can return items. I have tried for over 2 months to return my first nasty item and for 3 weeks to return my second nasty items. Again they only offered my 8.50 for two nasty things. This company is the WORST. Pleas do not do business with them.

I order some products on 10/20/23. I finally received the 2 part of my order on 12/26/23. Both of my products were awful. The first one the writing on the shirt was blurry and the second one the material was the worst. I have ask over and over for a full refund and they have only offered me 8.00. I want to return both items and want a full refund.

I wish I could give them less than 0. False advertising, refusal to correct their mistake. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also, made in USA? It shipped from New Zealand with Chinese labels. Everything about this “company” is fraudulent.

I recently received my items 3 weeks after submitted my order. I paid extra to receive them by 2 day air. I did not. I also inquired on delivery status and if my items were going to be delivered before October 31st and never received a reply. When looking up the tracking information, I was never provided a status update as the website stated update was unavailable. I was also never able to create an account on the website as it continued to state my email address was invalid. When I finally DID receive my items, they were the most terrible quality I have ever received in my life. The images are blurry and horrendous. The lines from the images are very sketchy and not smooth as they should be. The hoodie is not a hoodie fabric and all three items are not sized correctly. I will not be able to wear these items and due to your outrageous return policy I was scammed out of my money on these despicable items. Thank you for wasting my money and my time for items I was so excited to receive.

DO NOT deal with this company. I ordered an XL shirt, which ended up being a large and didn't fit. On top of that, there was no label inside the shirt to show the size. When I asked if I could exchange it, not only did they suggest I give it to someone else, they offered me THREE DOLLARS for my trouble, but wouldn't do an exchange.
