Tawny was great!
Tawny Schrier was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely attentive to my needs. The only disappointment was that underwriting quoted me higher than I expected after performing well in the last policy term.

Lisa is a great CSR
Lisa is a great CSR! Always polite and knowledgeable. Chad in claims has a firm clasp on the process of navigating the claims process. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 rating is because one of the company's policies did not meet my expectations.

Very smooth transition to renew my…
Very smooth transition to renew my policy, just don’t like that it was increased by over $100 a month with zero claims in the 12 years we have been in business

Renewal was more difficult than usual.
Renewal was more difficult than usual. Everyone is always responsive and friendly. And the few claims we have had have been handled well. But, during the renewal process there were minor changes that needed to be made, and we went round and round and round to get the changes incorporated and consistent throughout the document. Actually, some of the changes are still not done.
